Portland, ME: The Gorges Society, 1893. Three Quarter Leather. First Edition. xii. 166 pp. Black & White Illustrations, folding genealogy of the Levett Family. Blue three quarter leather binding with gold lines to edges, blue and bold marbled paper inset in front and rear cover, same paper used for pastedowns. Spine has five raised bands, leather has faded to a rich brown, two burgundy leather patch titles with gold embossed titling with light scuff on main title patch, "Gorges Society" also stamped in gold at foot of spine, light crease lines at hinges. Light age toning to frist few pages front and rear due to original wraps paper quality, clean within.
Originally published in wraps, the limited edition was published in an edition of 200.....

Light discoloration to cover boards around edges. Clean and crisp within. Beautifully produced with a red titling to title page as well as a green and yellow rose, red capital letter at the start of each short chapter.
