Dark brown buckram covers with considerable wear and scuffiing, red leather patch title to spine with blind embossed titling. William Helburn bookseller label on upper left corner of front pastedown along with previous owner's red ink office stamp, "Edward G. Henrich/Architect,/811 Mutual Life Bldg./Buffalo" at the head of the pastedown. Heinrich has also singed it in black ink on the first free endpaper, "Edward G. Henrich/1907". Interior very clean with a slight bump to the lower right cover of the text block. Heavy item requiring additional shipping. Very Good.
Edward G. Henrich (1876-1930) was a Buffalo, New York, native who was trained in architecture at MIT, graduating in 1899 and returned to his native city to set up his practice in 1905 after working in Boston, Seattle, and Los Angeles. He later joined the family lumber business in 1918 as Vice President.
