Spine, with bright gilt lettering and rules, is aged, soiled, sunned and frayed at ends. Corners are bumped and frayed to the boards. Beautiful b/w floral design eps are slightly aged. Front paste-down has a few patches missing where a book plate was probably removed. A section of the top of the title page, approx. 1" high x 3 1/4" long, has been cut out at the hinge. Text is slightly aged. Extensively researched information on the people, places and occupations along the North River with maps and over 50 b/w illustrations. Very Good
