Containing Civil, Judicial, Ecclestastical, and Military Lists in Massachusetts; Association, and Corporate Institutions, for literary, agricultural, and charitable purposes. A list of post-towns in Massachusetts, with the names of the Post-Masters. Also, catalogues of the Officers of the General Government, with its several departments and establishments; times of the sittings of the several courts; governors in each state; population of U.S. &c. Useful tables; and a variety of other interesting articles." Small book has gray paper covers, curled at corners, chipped at spine ends, and soiled all over. Glued binding tight. Foxed throughout, but not terribly fragile, and perfectly readable. In pencil on ffep is a penciled p.o. dated 1865, and a note that the book was published in the year his father, Asaph Churchill, was born. Full of interesting information. Very Good.
