Covers are soiled and stained, edges worn and corners bumped. Spine is creased with fraying at head and foot, as well as sunning. Endpapers are llustrated with figures of children and animals, rear endpaper torn in places and separating from text block.. Included in this anthology of favorite children's stories is an illustrated, 24-page section entitled, "Magic at Home." The stories are lavishly illustrated, in b/w, by Palmer Cox. Interior is somewhat aged, soiled and, occasionally, slightly foxed. Good.
