Front cover has a blind-stamped illustration, in blue and red, of the main characters, a donkey named Ju-Ju, a girl named Onriette and her brother Onri. Spine has blind-stamped lettering and rules in blue and red. Covers and spine are somewhat aged and shelf-worn. Spine ends and corners are bumped and frayed to the boards. Edges are soiled. Front and rear eps are matching, two-page, full-color illustrations of the main characters. Library stamp on front paste-down. The library bookplate, on the ffep, has been partially covered by a large sticker of a woodcock. Book is lavishly illustrated with charming b/w and full-color illustrations. Interior is slightly aged and, occasionally, lightly soiled. Good Plus.
