New York: G.P. Putnam, 1851. Hardcover. 135 pp. Front and rear covers have identical blind-stamped rules and medallion. Spine has slightly faded gilt lettering and rules. Covers and spine are aged, soiled, worn and sun-struck. Faded covers were originally a darker color; perhaps brown or black. Spine ends and corners are bumped, worn and/or frayed. Edges are red. Bookplate on front paste-down. Ffep has been torn out. Interior is very slightly aged and somewhat foxed throughout. Very good.
