Caers (Jesuit) presiding, in Latin; 103 pp., two letters of Mr. Des Mahis, in French; 15 pp., "Methodes," in French and 12 pp., seven Articles of the Council of Trent, in French. Leather covers and spine are aged and fragile. 16mo. Spine has five raised bands and faint traces of gilt. Front cover is detached. Rear hinge is cracked and split. Portions of spine ends and corners are eroded. Red page edges are aged. Bookplate on front paste-down. Frontis engraving of Fenelon. Text, on laid paper, is lightly aged. Good.
