O'Neill, Kevin.
FAMILY AND FARM IN PRE-FAMINE IRELAND. THE PARISH OF KILLASHANDRA.
Madison, WI: The University of Wisconsin Press, 1984. Hardcover. First Edition. 232 pp. Grass-green cover has silver lettering on spine. Green dj w/black framing of white title front and spine is near perfect, just a tiny bit shelf-worn. Contents are clean and tight, a scholarly look at the historical facts of the famine in Ireland at the middle of the 19th century. Author's viewpoint is that the rapid development of Ireland by British interests caused the population changes and poverty. Well-researched and documented. Very good / very good.
